Another Radio Spot - for Visa - February 28, 2010

A little ditty I composed just got placed for a Visa radio spot!  They wanted something that said "Dining out"  and the sample they gave me was a swing piece.  So I thought it would be good to create something that was reminiscent of Frank Sinatra's "When You're Smiling". You can hear it on my music page.

Jamo's CD almost complete - March 1, 2009

Jamieson's first original music cd is almost complete. He has had an amazing array of musicians come into the studio and grace the album.

T.V. Commercial - December, 2008

Jamieson's been at it again working with David Delgado on the Hillsdale Shopping Center holiday t.v. spot. This time, Jamieson had to create a bluegrass version of a holiday classic. Yee-haw! Now Jamieson can make both kinds of music.

Hollywood Music Award nomination - November 16, 2008

It took many long years to be nominated, but the year has finally arrived. Jamieson and his wife Roxy were nominated as songwriters for the best Latin song for "Baila Con Migo" from the Red Loquita album. Yes, nominees had to pay for their admission, and the line to 'walk' the red carpet was 2 hours long, but Jamieson did get to hob nob with the lead singer of the 80's band Asia! Big time. The highlight of the evening was when they lost to an artist who's song was in Arabic. Can't win 'em all! But Arabic?

eHarmony - 2008

Jamieson just finished the radio promo spots for eHarmony. They were tired of listening to Natalie Cole after 4 years, and wanted something laidback, funky, and lovin'. Jamieson delivered with the help of Lime music's Mark Meyhaus and Shira Myrow. Mick Taras is the featured guitarist and bassist.

Red Loquita - 2008

Musical Director/Arranger/Producer/Piano Player for the band "Red Loquita" fronted by Movin 93 DJ Tera.

Movie Soundtrack - 2007

Jamieson, Roxy (his wife), and Sabrina (her sister) just finished the last touches on 4 songs for the movie "Blind Ambition" which is being shown at The Sundance Film Festival this year. The hardest part of the job was composing a song that shared the same vibe as "The Eye Of The Tiger," for a training montage! Oh yeah, and the director wanted the song to be about a little twig standing up to the "mighty wind," and to top it off, the song had to start with the words...."once upon a time." Jamieson had the 80's surgically removed a few years ago, so the team was blessed to collaborate with guitarist Mick Taras for the completion of that tall order. Brad Sharp (who Jamieson is producing an EP for) rounded out the sound with an amazing vocal performance.

T.V. Commercial - 2007

Jamieson & Roxy just composed and produced and original commerical piece for Hillsdale Shopping Center. The commercial is airing now in Northern California and has been so well recieved that they were contracted to create the holiday commercial as well. You can check the first one out on youtube if you type in the words "delgado 451." That's the director's handle.
